Complete processing line consisting of Sorma brand tipper buffer and roller bench for fruit selection where there are holes for waste with belt and scale that lead to filling the waste container Also there is the tape for the second choice that leads to the scale and the mechanical filler The cycle then involves transferring the fruit into the brushing machine or bypassing the lung it is then channeled onto cups of 2 Sermac brand 4 channel calibrating machines equipped with diameter cameras and weighing cells The pieces are then divided by diameter into 16 outlets and loaded into the bins by the 16 fillers positioned at the outlet When the bin is filled it is picked up by the shuttle that applies the label with the information of the batch lot and then stacks them in a column of up to four pieces waiting for the forklift driver to take them to the shipping warehouse The bins emptied by the tipper are stacked in four or three depending on the size of the bin and are then transported to the carousel that directs them to the catenary directed to the destacker and then destined for the shuttle that brings them back under the fillers At the end of the calibration line there is a mechanical filler for the recovery of fruit that has not been calibrated correctly
