NOTICE OF COMPETITIVE PROCEDURE FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS EX. ART. 163 BIS L.F.
Warehouse stocks consisting of approximately 9,340 cubic meters of wood material of various origins, as better described in the expert report drawn up by the expert Paolo Martello on 07 July 2020 and subsequent update of 11 March 2021.
Characteristics of the wood species and distinct quantities as indicated in detail in the annex to the application for sale filed by the composition company on 14 May 2021.
The completion of the competitive procedure is set for 10 September at 11.00 am, before the Delegated Judge Dr. Martina Gasparini, at the Court of Venice, Rialto Headquarters, San Polo 119, Venice.
Participants must submit their irrevocable offer by 12.00 on the day before the date set for the hearing, at the office of the judicial commissioner, Dr. Maria Sandra Tiozzo Bastianello located in Chioggia (Ve) Viale Verona, 7.
The opening of the envelopes and the conduct of the tender will take place before the Delegated Judge, on the day set for the examination of the offers and the tender in the event of participation of several bidders.
