Lot Description

Bankruptcy no.136/2019 of the Court of Genova

Collection of irrevocable purchase offers for Lot B) Bulk of asset composed by:

- Spare parts and accessories for auto workshop like e accessori per autorimessa come wiper blades, filters, bulbs, discs and brakes, several boxes of obsolete spare parts; various non-epal pallets and about 50 empty cylinders for air conditioning gas are also included.
- Fiat Panda plate EY427YE;
- Fiat Panda plate BK193WC;
- Kimco Movie 125 plate DJ68242;
- Office furniture and office electronic equipment;
- Shelving and small parts holder for warehouse;
- Spareparts and accessories for auto workshop. 

It should be noted that will be applicated a reserve price. 

The Procedure received an irrevocable purchase offer for the sale en bloc (Lot B) at a price of € 30,000.00 plus charges.

Irrevocabile purchase offers could be presented, alternately, for the Business company and warehouse (Lot A) or for the "sale en bloc" (Lot B).

It should be noted that any puchase offers for the sale en bloc of the Lot B can be considered only in the case of the absence of purchase offers for the Business company of the Lot A).

It Auction will apply a 7% of the awarding price as a fee for the buying of the warehouse.
