Lot Description

Vintage Innocenti motorbike,
in need of restoration,
mod. 'Lambretta 125'

Please note that the motorcycle is unprovided of documents and keys.

The subject who at the end of the auction will be the winner of the lot (provided that the award value is equal to or greater than € 10,000.00) will be required to send by certified email, no later than 48 hours after the auction closes, to the e-mail address abilio@pec.illimity.com , the documents indicated in the Conditions of sale and collection.

It is specified that
- such lot shall be sold in the state of fact and law in which it is found, without any guarantee whatsoever as to the possibility that it may be used;
- such lot, in view of its age, cannot be driven on the road;
- such lot is sold for restoration/collection/exhibition;
-should this lot wish to be used on the road, it shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to take all necessary steps, if possible in accordance with the laws in force, to make the lot usable on the road. Any responsibility and burden deriving from the above shall be borne solely by the successful bidder.
- The successful tenderer will bear the cost of the inspections of lots 1,2,3 and 4 at € 15 each plus VAT.

NOTES FOR COLLECTION:
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 1 day
- it is recommended to have the following means for collection: van with platform or tow truck
