Lot Description

Viberti short semitrailer with number plate AD46543 on which it's place a prefabricated for residential use. Equipped with vehicle registration certificate and property certificate.

N.B The vehicle is on public ground. It was insured for an amount of 109 euros. This cost is borne by the successful tenderer (the policy is valid for one year).

The prefabricated 600x250 containg : Canon copier and fax model RC860 F138400 S/N, 1 Fujitsu Siemens pc model S/N YSDM008156, 1 Packard Bell pc S/N 712013230335, 1 Lg pc ID 2422, 2 screens, 3 keyboards, 1 Hp fax, 1 Hp scanner, 1 Epson scanners, 1 pc assembled, 1 Epson printer, 10 fixed telephones, 1 Vodafone modem with key, 1 Ecoli Tecnoware continuity, 3 dumbbells, 3 shelves 180x100 with 5 shelves, 1 workbench, 2 12V battery screwdrivers. 

The actual presence of the goods has not been verified and the green support plane that you see in the picture on which the prefabricated is placed is not part of the sale. 
Lot sold as is. Some quantities could not correspond. We suggest an inspection on site. 
The goods are located in Genova (GE).

The car practice of this vehicle will take place at car practice agency Effe in Faenza. ​Please download the file, transfer of property costs" in order to know the final cost of the car practice. ​

IT Auction cannot guarantee nor define a precise timing for what concerns the documentation that has to be produced to complete the practice as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure. This means that the procedure requires the following actions by the Professional in charge:

1. Receive the auction Report including the tenderer data from Agenzia Effe

2. Deposit the Report in Court

3. Produce a certified copy of the above-mentioned document

Agenzia Effe will complete the practice only when received: the certified copy of the Report, of the documentation requested to the tenderer, and the payment. Please note that the procedure above mentioned does not apply to vehicles with “yellow plate” as they are not registered to PRA. In order to update the property on the circulation card​,​ the production ​report is not required. ​The practice will be ​completed faster​.
