Lot consisting of machinery such as vertical belt saws, suction system, disc saw and etc. The goods are presented:- do not show structural damage or fluid leaks;- regularly functioning;- the machinery (with the exception of the 1993 vertical panel saw which will be discussed in the following point) fall within the field of application of the "Machinery Directive", the Presidential Decree 459/96 (currently repealed by Legislative Decree no. 17/2010 - implementing Directive 2006/42 / EC), as well as the "Low Voltage Directive" 73/23 / EEC (currently repealed by 2006/95 / CE) and the "Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive" 89/336 / EEC (currently repealed by 2004/108 / EC). Based on the analyzes carried out, no substantial changes have been made to the machinery and individual components;
It should also be noted that with regard to lot 4, the 1993 vertical panel saw is prior to the entry into force of the "first machinery directive", the Presidential Decree 459/96, therefore it has not been subjected to the CE marking procedure. Read the conditions of sale and withdrawal.
