Transfer of full ownership of the following trademark, included in the assets of Bankruptcy no. 57/2020 for the 55% ownership share and Bankruptcy no. 34/2022 for the 45% ownership share.
“TONCELLI” trademark registered on 09/16/2020, European registration no. 018308721 valid until 09/16/2030 in relation to products and services included in the following product classes:
- Class 20: modular elements for kitchens;
- Class 35: kitchen sales services;
- Class 37: kitchen installation; kitchen repairs; kitchen maintenance.
Starting auction price €42,000.00;
Minimum raise in the race €1,000.00.
It is specified that:
- the Procedures received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to €42,000.00, in addition to legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due to abilio S.p.a. relating to the Single Lot - Auction 7947 better identified and described below;
- the Procedures intend to start a sales experiment, setting the purchase offer received as the starting auction price, the methods of implementation of which are regulated by this Sales Notice;
- in the event of failure to submit further upward bids, the person who submitted the authorized bid and which constitutes the basis for the auction will therefore be considered the provisional successful bidder

Parties may participate in the tender who, alternatively, have submitted their offer using the methods referred to in point A (telematic offer) or point B (analogue offer) of the Notice of Sale.
The bidder who formulated the offer by analogy, on the day set for the sale, is required to present himself at the Legal Receivers' office Dr. Luca Bartali and Dr. Antonio Maltomini in San Miniato (PI), Frazione Ponte a Egola, via Gioberti n.15.
