JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE N.74/2023
NOTICE
that on OCTOBER 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. the competitive procedure will be held to identify the tenant with whom to conclude the rental contract for the business unit described below through asynchronous mode, on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following property:

LOT 1 - AUCTION 8779: Rental contract for the business unit consisting of:
a) production of finishing tapes and similar;
b) portion of property located in Castefidardo (AN), Via Santi n. 4 - Zona Industriale Cerretano, VI,
specifically indicated in Annex “A”
c) the production machinery, limited to those detailed in Annex “B” included
in the inventory filed

Base auction price: € 1,500.00 /month + VAT

Occupancy status: It is specified that the branch of the company is leased to the company XXX SRL, with registered office in XXX, via XXX, C.F. XXX, share capital Euro XXX fully paid, company represented by the Administrator XXX, born in XXXX. The lease agreement will last for 2 (two) years without tacit renewal.

For details and information relating to the factual and legal status of the branch of the company for sale, please refer to the appraisal report, declining any responsibility for lack of information by the interested parties.

SYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALE PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving telematic offers, pursuant to art. 21 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

The telematic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 1:00 p.m. on 28/10/2024 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-filled web form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.

The synchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 30 October 2024 from 11:00 a.m. and following and lasts 60 seconds, unless further bids are submitted.

Abilio S.p.A. provides that its commissions, called "Buyers Premium", equal to Euro 600.00 (six hundred.00) are entirely borne by the successful tenderer, are paid directly by bank transfer to Abilio S.p.A., to the bank details that will be communicated subsequently, within 15 days from the communication of the finality of the award.
