JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE N. 174/2024
LOT 1 - AUCTION 8524: Business complex owned by Crsma S.r.l. in Judicial Liquidation n. 174/2024 (in provisional operation) consisting of: a) permanent employment relationships; b) professional contracts; c) contractual relationships with customers; d) capital goods.
In particular, the company employs highly specialized ICT human resources (employees and self-employed workers) who manage existing contracts with Movyon - Gruppo Autostrade and UnipolSai Assicurazioni.
The first contract concerns software development and maintenance services in the traffic management field such as central systems for the remote control of weather systems installed in the ASPI network (editor's note: Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A.); the development and maintenance of the Traffic System Radio Room; the development and maintenance of traffic information applications for foreign concessions, the development and maintenance of the traffic information section of the Autostrade per l'Italia website; the development and maintenance of the video wall management application for ASPI and other concessionaires, the development and maintenance of procedures for the management of the ASPI video and monitoring camera network. Client Movyon S.p.a. Contract expiry date 12/31/2024.
The second contract concerns the supply of professional IT services and software maintenance. Client UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.a. Contract expiry date 09/30/2024.
The company transfer, at the date set for the auction, includes 7 permanent employees, in addition to 3 independent professional work contracts.
The company also owns computer equipment used by staff to carry out business activities and specifically indicated in the notice of sale.
Among the company's capital goods there are also 2 cars and specifically:
- Fiat Panda license plate DY818YZ chassis ZFA16900001567649;
- Ford Puma license plate GE732WT chassis WF02XXERK2MU80695 (maxi final installment of financing not paid).
Auction starting price: Euro 296,000.00
Minimum increase: Euro 2,000.00
