Lawyer Giannino Bettazzi with office in Milan (MI), Via De Marchi No. 2, Liquidation Trustee indicated in the epigraph, invites you to submit guaranteed purchase offers by 12:00 on 18 December 2024 for the following brands:

SINGLE LOT No. 8662:

- Brand "Il Pastaio Ligure" (the appraisal does not attach application number and date; subsequent renewals) in relation to products and services included in the following product classes: class 30 — Fresh Pasta valued by the expert at €88,000.00 (average value);

- "Monte" trademark registered on 22/11/2010 (registration application no. AT2010C000176), subsequently renewed on 04/12/2020 (renewal application no. 362020000210524) in relation to products and services included in the following product classes: class 30 — Fresh Pasta, valued by the expert at €32,000.00 (average value);

- "Panda" trademark (the appraisal does not include the application number and date; subsequent renewals) in relation to products and services included in the following product classes: class 30 — Fresh Pasta, valued by the expert at €36,000.00 (average value)

BASE PRICE: FREE OFFER

It should be noted that it is also possible to submit irrevocable purchase offers for individual trademarks, always in free offer mode.

The offers received for the SINGLE LOT will be considered prevalent over the offers submitted for the individual brands.

In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein;
b) send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 pm on 18/12/2024, using the following method:
- via certified email to the address: asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature. The certified email must exclusively state “LIQUIDAZIONE GIUDIZIALE 297/2023, Tribunale di Milano”, without any other additional indication.
