COURT OF PADUA

CONTROLLED LIQUIDATION OF OVER-INDEBT NO. 42/2023

On 30/10/2024 from 11.00 am onwards, at the Liquidator's office, located in Padua (PD), via Germania n. 8, the mixed synchronous sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, of the Company Compendium, composed of the following classes of goods:

- Movable assets instrumental to the exercise of the activity: supply of food and drinks;
- Goodwill;
- Takeover of licenses: SCIA presented to SUAP, prot. n. 0136143, where still existing;
- Takeover of the rental contract.

Belonging to an individual company subjected to a controlled liquidation procedure of the assets having as its corporate purpose the activity of a bar serving food and drinks.

Among the company contracts transferred there is the rental contract for the property in via G. Bruno n. 24/B in which the activity of serving food and drinks is carried out. This contract expires naturally on 31/12/2024 and the ownership has issued a commitment in favor of the future successful bidder of the company, to stipulate a new lease contract lasting six plus six years as per the declaration of commitment dated 17.01. 2024 which can be viewed at the Trustee's office, the procedure does not assume any commitment and/or guarantee regarding the lessor's obligation to renew; therefore in the event of any non-compliance, the successful tenderer will have to assert his rights against the lessor without being able to claim or claim anything from the Procedure. As regards authorisations/licences, on 05/23/2013 the SCIA was registered at SUAP for the start of the bar business in the municipality of Padua, protocol 0136143.

MIXED SYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving offers with both electronic and analogue methods, pursuant to art. 22 Ministerial Decree 32/2015)

Subjects who, alternatively, have submitted their offer using the methods referred to in point A (telematic offer) or point B (analogue offer) will be able to participate in the tender.

Electronic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 29/10/2024.
