INVITATION TO OFFER
Expression of interest to participate in the negotiated procedure pursuant to Article 76 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 for the takeover of the management of the Casa Protetta per Anziani structure “Don Lombardo” located in the Municipality of San Donaci (BR) in via Benedetto Croce no. 7, by means of the purchase of a business unit.
With a capacity of no. 59 (fifty-nine) beds and transfer for consideration of all existing movable assets for the remaining duration of the existing agreement.
The property will be assigned for enjoyment for consideration for a residual period of the agreement dated 01.10.2007 and, therefore, until 30.09.2037. Upon expiration of the agreement, all that has been achieved will become fully available to the Municipality of San Donaci free of charge without any burden on the Municipal Administration, except for any single renewal of the agreement for a further period

Deadline for submitting the request to be subsequently invited to submit the offer for the competitive procedure by 12:00 on 12/30/2024.
