a) Perfumery articles, toilet and personal hygiene products; b) enjoyment of the property located in Palermo, in Corso Pisani n. 56, used for warehouse and storage purposes; c) real estate leasing contracts for commercial use; d) existing user contracts;
6. right to use the "Profumeria del Corso" sign; e) the enjoyment through taking over the legal forms of administrative authorizations, with reference to the exercises of
neighborhood covered by this contract; f) the cash register management software; g) the cash register management program; m) the air conditioning and ventilation system; n) the video surveillance system; o) all movable capital goods, equipment, machinery, furnishings and any other movable property which by function and/or
destination is subservient to individual neighborhood businesses; p) website www.profumeriadelcorso.net.
Please note that warehouse inventories are excluded from the sale.
BASIC PRICE: Euro 78.852,00
MINIMUM OFFER: Euro 59.139,00

With this announcement, the Procedure intends, first of all, to identify the best bidder for the stipulation of the company transfer under the conditions indicated below. At the same time, the Procedure also intends to collect expressions of interest for the sale of the individual business branches that make up the complex, as well as for the stipulation of both a rental contract for the business complex and for the individual branches, as better described below. paragraph no. 9 et seq.
