JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION N. 121/2023
COURT OF PADOVA


Transfer of a company whose purpose is to carry out the food and beverage supply activity called "Tucano Cafè" located in Padua Viale Felice Cavallotti n. 65/67. The compendium includes:
- equipment, machinery, furniture and furnishings and in general movable capital goods;
- commercial know-how and other information and data of a commercial nature and, in general, any other information, data or knowledge relating to the activity and management of the Company;
- the industrial know-how and other technical information and the related IT know-how necessary for the management of the company, the machinery and anything else necessary and/or useful for running the company;
- licenses, authorisations, registrations, permits and certifications necessary and/or useful for the continuation of the activity carried out through the Company;
- all service and maintenance contracts;
- all contracts relating to utilities;
- employees who had an employment relationship with the company;
- commercial goodwill in general terms;
- unregistered sign "Tucano Cafè".

The company operates in leased premises. The Curatorship has taken over the said contract and, in the event of an award, the successful tenderer will be required to take over the contractual relationship.

The Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to €40,000.00 plus legal charges and sales commissions due to Abilio S.p.A.

The Procedure intends to start a sales experiment for the company, setting the irrevocable purchase offer received as the starting auction price.

Base auction price: Euro 40,000.00
Minimum raise in the race: Euro 1,000.00

MIXED SYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving offers with both electronic and analogue methods, pursuant to art. 22 Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

Parties may participate in the tender who, alternatively, have submitted their offer using the methods referred to in point A (telematic offer) or point B (analogue offer) indicated in the sales notice.

The electronic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 7 May 2024. The offers presented via analogue method must be received by registered mail with return receipt or by hand at the office of the Notary Dr. Alberto Benazzato in Via Venezia n.40 in Padua (PD).

The auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 08/05/2024 from 3.00 pm onwards.
