PUT FOR SALE
the following assets forming part of the business compendium of the aforementioned insolvency procedure:
- Movable assets,
- Real estate,
- Warehouse,
- Goodwill
of a company subject to insolvency proceedings having as its corporate purpose the Carpentry business located in Monte Castello di Vibio, Via del Molino no. 7, Loc. Madonna del Piano.
The movable assets, warehouse stock and real estate referred to in lot no. 1, "Joinery", as better described above in the attached appraisals, at the date of approval of the composition procedure, were granted for use to third parties with a business unit rental contract, stipulated prior to approval of the composition.
DATE OF SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT ON 01/15/2021:
DURATION: 5 YEARS not extendable.
Monthly rent Business unit: € 3,166.67 plus VAT.
It should be noted that early termination is contractually provided for in the event of sale of the business unit in question, with effect from the date of completion of the sale, and the right of pre-emption in favor of the tenant is excluded.
Auction starting price: Euro 1,302,400.00
Minimum raise: Euro 10,000
