SINGLE LOT – AUCTION NO. 8569: Transfer of a business unit having as its object the production and wholesale and retail trade, including import and export, of women's footwear, located in Leno (BS), managed in a property owned by third parties, held under a lease agreement signed on 1 June 2014 for a period of six years and renewed at the first expiry.
The branch includes, among other things, equipment, warehouse stock, employment relationships and the following national and international brands: - TONI PASS-, ADELE DEZOTTI, ALTRAOFFICINA, BP ZONE, BPRIVATE, BRUEL, BRUNO PREMI, BRUNO PREMI RED, CRIS VERGRE’, ELVIO ZANON, ELZN, ETWOB + 2, PINKJUNGLE.
It should be noted that the Company complex is granted for fair enjoyment under a company lease agreement signed on 25/05/2023 and expiring on 30/09/2024.
It should also be noted that, by express provision of the Business Unit lease agreement, all costs and revenues relating to production and marketing up to the "spring-summer 2025" season, even in the event of the company being awarded to third parties, will remain the responsibility of the current lessee.
It is also specified that the national and international trademarks are currently granted for use in favor of the lessee company, pursuant to the license agreement dated 06/30/2023. The license agreement is valid until the spring-summer 2025 season included, under the conditions detailed in the contract which can be consulted by accessing the Virtual Data Room.
