- Please note that the goods for sale may be used within the European Community only after they have been brought up to standard. Alternatively, they must be scrapped or used exclusively as spare parts, which must not be used for the construction and assembly of new machinery, but used exclusively to replace worn equipment. Under no circumstances may these goods be used before they have been brought up to standard, except as spare parts.
The person who, at the end of the auction, has been awarded one or more goods that are not CE compliant, will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the end of the auction, to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com:
