Sale of assets forming part of the corporate compendium of the aforementioned bankruptcy having as its corporate purpose the wholesale trade of livestock in general, the breeding, fattening and slaughter of livestock in general and poultry of any species.
The company compendium consists of:
- Equipment, furniture and fittings and office machines,
- Administrative permissions and licenses,
- Commercial goodwill,
It should be noted that the company compendium is granted in right enjoyment of the company lease contract stipulated on 26 September 2019, the duration of which was extended with a deed dated 28 September 2022 until the sale of the company; the leasing company is not granted the right of pre-emption for the purchase of the aforesaid company.
