NOTICE OF SALE / RENTAL OF THE COMPANY
Collection of offers
The company "TIRINO" includes:
A) Real estate complex.
Industrial factory owned by the bankrupt company located in Bolognano (PE), Location Piano d'Orta, Provincial Road n.27, identified in the Land Registry of the same municipality on sheet 1, parcel 132, sub 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 , 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 and in the Land Cadastre to sheet 1, parcel 132 (urban entity) and identified with the LOT No. 5 in the appraisal appraisal signed by Arch. Pasquale Polidori, with a study in Pescara, at Corso Umberto n.44, which is enclosed under "A" (Al /. A), in which it is better described on pages 95 and following.
The cadastral units of which the abovementioned building complex is comprised have been acquired by the procedure, which also has full and exclusive availability.
B) Furniture, machinery, equipment and electronic office equipment.
The assets were grouped into Lots 1 and 2 in the appraisal report, attached under "A" to "DISCIPLINARE", in which they are described on pages 60 and following.
Lots 1 and 2 respectively identify the office furniture and electronic machines (lot 1) and the machinery and production equipment (lot 2).
C) Business start-up.
In order to allow interested parties to acquire detailed information on the "TIRINO" Company, it is necessary to present the "Expression of Interest" and the Confidentiality Agreement ", prepared according to the models available in the free access section of the website, which can also be downloaded ".doc" format, respectively "C" and "D" annexes downloadable from the "disciplinary and annex" documentation section.
The starting price for the sale is equal to € 911.250,00 equal to assets evaluation price reduced by about 44% (bp equal to 2%).
The starting price for the rental of the company is equal to € 72.563,00 equal to assets evaluation price reduced by about 44% (bp equal to 4%)
