SALES NOTES:
- It should be noted that lot 10 is coupled to the semi-trailer lot 9 therefore the collection is subordinated to the sale and collection of lot 9, otherwise it will be the responsibility of the successful bidders of this lot to unhook the same with costs at their expense in order to be able to proceed with the collection . The responsibility for this operation will be the sole responsibility of the successful tenderers as well as the reimbursement of any damage caused.

Abilio cannot guarantee nor define a deadline for the car practice conclusion, as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure.
Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
