The design of the plant in question dates back to 2011 and the implementation in 2012. It is a 161,76 kWp system connected in parallel to the public medium voltage network, consisting of MAGE SOLAR panels mod. Power Tec plus 240 / 6ph and 7 inverters of which 3 with nominal power of 20 kW, 3 with rated power 27.6 kW and 1 with rated power 10 kW.
The system is not installed in shaded areas; The horizon is free.

- This sale and the transfer of the Asset to the successful bidder are absolutely subject to the approval of the assignee by the leasing company with consequent expression of the consent to the transfer of the contract, in compliance with the provisions of art. 1406 of the civil code.
- Following the awarding, the Curatel will promptly communicate the name of the successful tenderer to the leasing company holding the leasing contract of the photovoltaic plant subject to transfer, so that it can instruct the credit worthiness assessment of the winning entity taking over and deliberate on the feasibility of the operation. The successful bidder undertakes to provide all the documentation requested by the leasing company, also through IT Auction and / or the Curatela, in order to allow the performance of the aforementioned activities for the assessment of creditworthiness.
