It is specified that the Company Branch has been leased to a single third company on the basis of a rental contract dating back to 30/06/2016 and for which the early withdrawal was announced with the expected notice of 6 months. The return of the aforementioned point of sale is therefore set for 31/08/2019 date from which the business unit will be free from any contractual obligation.
