In the event of the presence of these latter materials, the successful tenderer will be obliged to proceed with their disposal at his own expense, with exemption of Abilio Spa and the procedure from any liability.-The successful tenderer will be responsible for checking the state of conservation and proceeding with any disposal of the bottles put up for sale within the lot.-The person who at the end of the auction has been awarded one or more goods will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the end of the auction, to the address aftersales@industrialdiscount.com: Consult the conditions of sale and collection-It should be noted that Art. 48 – paragraph 12 ter, Legislative Decree 159/2011, provides that “Movable goods, even those registered in public registers, not intended pursuant to paragraphs 12 and 12-bis, may be intended for sale, with a ban on further transfer for a period of not less than one year, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 5, sixth period, or destroyed.” and therefore the sales contracts for the goods in question will contain a termination clause in the event that the condition described above is not respected
