EXTRA DEPOSIT ON GUARANTEE
To guarantee the correct and complete performance of the withdrawal operations, the winner of the lot 4 will be required to pay a guarantee deposit of € 5,000 to be paid within 5 days from the confirmation of the award to the coordinates that will be communicated together with the confirmation of the award as a deposit for any delayed days and / or any damage that may be caused to the property during the removal of the goods. The guarantee deposit will be returned at the end of the withdrawal operations if the indicated deadlines are respected and if the property will result in the state of affairs in which it occurred at the time of the start of the aforementioned operations.
