Lot sold as is. Some quantities could not correspond. We suggest an inspection on site.

The mobile crane with the license plate AGJ041 does not have documents and keys.

Please be advised that on 01/15/2025, during the inspection by potential purchasers, the lack of goods was found for which their exact quantification is in progress and which entail a different consistency of the lot. Potential buyers are therefore invited to make any offer only if they have viewed the goods and if they still consider the reduced price of this sales experiment to be appropriate.

Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015.

The offer will be considered valid following the payment of the deposit.

The car procedures following the award will be carried out at the Effe car procedures agency in Faenza. To find out the cost of the application, please download the "Car application price list" file from the Documentation section. The prices indicated in the Price List may undergo variations based on increases in PRA taxation (IPT, emoluments, revenue stamps), MCTC (payments for stamp duty, MCTC fees) and have binding value only following the sending of the invoice by the Agency EF.

Abilio cannot establish as of now a certain timeframe necessary for processing the bureaucratic procedures as they change based on the court of territorial jurisdiction.

Attention: In case of sale of movable goods registered with the PRA, the participation of users who intend to export such goods abroad for purposes related to the sale is precluded.
