- the shelving put up for sale in lot 2 can only be made available for collection once the goods above it have been removed by the third party. These goods will be removed by the third-party owner company in a period of approximately 30 to 90 days from confirmation of the award. In any case, the removal cannot be carried out prior to the receipt of the e-mail summons for removal by abilio spa.
- Lot 2 may contain waste inside. It shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to dispose of the same and also to regularly keep and update the documentation relating to the waste, releasing abilio Spa and the Procedure from any liability.
