- the bankruptcy trustee received on 23/05/2022 a purchase offer dated 23/05/2022, subsequently secured, for an amount equal to € 300.00 (three hundred euros) plus legal charges and in addition to
sales commissions due to abilio s.p.a. for N. 500 shares of the company Interporto della Area Ionico Salentina spa having its registered office in Brindisi at via Dalmazia, 31 / C.
- the procedure intends to launch a sales experiment by placing the purchase offer received as the basis for the auction, the procedures for which are governed by this Notice of Sale;
- the subject who submitted the bid that forms the basis of the auction will therefore be deemed to be the provisional successful bidder and in the event of no further bids being submitted during the experiment, he will be deemed to be the final bidder;
