COLLECTION OF IRREVOCABLE PURCHASE OFFERS
Sale of 51% of the shares held in the Centro Sportivo 3 Laghi Porto Fuori Spa company, currently located in Ravenna (RA) at via Francesco Berretti, 55.
The company's business purpose is the construction and management, normally by lease and loan, of sports and recreational facilities with related services as well as a restaurant and bar.
ABILIO S.P.A. will take care of preparing and managing a Virtual Data Room aimed at uploading confidential documents relating to the goods for sale. Access will be allowed only after signing a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent, signed and accompanied by the required documents, to the certified mail address of ABILIO S.p.A. asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
The offer must be sent to the address gianluca.giardini@abilio.com no later than 3.00 pm on the closing day of the auction, accompanied by the documentation indicated in the document Collection of irrevocable purchase offers.
Interested bidders have the right to submit bids for individual shares (as per the sales form) or cumulatively up to a maximum of 72.25% of the share capital.
