IS PLACING FOR SALE
the following assets pertaining to the above-mentioned Procedure, better described in the appraisals available at the office of the Liquidator.
AUCTION N° 8961 consisting of:
- 12.34% shareholding in the share capital of the company “Sanafonte srl", with registered office in San Piero in Bagno (FC), Via Cà di Gianni n° 159, Fiscal Code/P.IVA 00930590401.
The business carried out is the sale, construction, renovation and management of properties of any kind, the sale, management of agricultural land as well as the sale, subdivision, construction of land suitable for building use in addition to the leasing of owned properties.
Pursuant to art. 2471, paragraph 3, of the Civil Code, and in compliance with the provisions of the bylaws of the individual companies regarding the right of pre-emption of the members, the Liquidator will notify the participating companies, as well as the members, of the outcome of the auction.
Base auction price: Euro 167,000.00
