SALES NOTES:
- It should be noted that the vehicle is 50% co-owned by the Procedure and a private entity unrelated to it. The sale will take place for the entire quota, therefore the bidder will have to pay 50% of the amount awarded in the Procedure and 50% to the private party. Furthermore, the ownership transfer procedures must take place between the three interested parties.
- For the 50% property owned by a private subject and therefore an operation not carried out in the course of business. Operation excluded from the field of application of VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of art. 1 of the D.P.R. 633/72. Transfer with revenue stamp € 2.00.
The exclusion from the VAT field applies only to subjects resident in Italy.
