- Please note that Eternit material was found inside the containers of the CF837CE and BM868ZB vehicles, disposal of which is the responsibility of the successful tenderer.
- The successful tenderer is responsible for disposing of waste (including asbestos) present inside the containers of the vehicles using a specialized entity for the disposal and transport of such waste who must produce a specific form.
- In particular, it is specified that the award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the bodies of the Procedure of the offer, subject to the sending, within and no later than 30 calendar days from the closing of the auction, of suitable documentation certifying the acceptance of the waste disposal and transport service by a specialized company that, following the collection of the waste, must draw up a specific form.

The prices indicated in the Price List may vary based on increases in PRA taxation (IPT, emoluments, stamp duty), MCTC (stamp duty payments, MCTC rights) and are binding only after the invoice has been sent by the Effe Agency.
Abilio cannot establish a certain time frame required for the completion of the bureaucratic procedures as they may change based on the territorial jurisdiction of the Court.
