Lot sold as is. Some quantities could not correspond. We suggest an inspection on site.

NOTES FOR COLLECTION:
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 1 day
- It should be noted that the scaffolding is currently assembled, it will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer to proceed with its dismantling with the ability and procedure exempted from any liability.
The awarding of lots at the end of the auction is provisional. The final award of each asset put up for sale will be subject to the authorization subsequently issued by the Court of Catanzaro - Prevention Measures Section
