Transfer of VAT credit for a total of Euro 130,406.00 (value gross of compensations).
Base price: 84,763.00 Euros
Abilio S.p.a. will take care of preparing and managing a Virtual Data Room aimed at uploading confidential documents relating to the goods for sale. The Data Room allows access to additional documentation to that uploaded on the www.industrialdiscount.it portal to those interested in purchasing. This access will be permitted only after signing a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent signed and accompanied by the requested documents to the certified mail address of Abilio S.p.a. To this end, interested parties must send a request by certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
It is specified that:
- the Procedure received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to Euro 84,763.90, plus legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due to abilio S.p.a. relative VAT credit referred to in Auction Single Lot 7480;
- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the purchase offer received as the basic auction price, rounded up to the nearest units, the methods of execution of which are governed by the Notice of Sale;
- in the event of failure to submit further bids during the trial, the subject who submitted the bid, authorized and in the records, will therefore be deemed to be the provisional winner of the lot.
