It does not include properties and is located in industrial buildings with a terminated lease, but with the payment of a monthly occupancy allowance.
The assets that compose it are detailed in the appraisal report prepared by Dr. Cecilia Serafini
The inventory includes plant and machinery as indicated in the appraisal.
Since I am currently under company no. 6 fixed-term employees with contracts expiring on 03/31/2021, as described in detail in the attached documents, the successful bidder is obliged to recruit them for a period of at least one year from the date of transfer of the same.

- the Trustee received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to € 41,722.00, plus legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due Neprix S.r.l. relating to the company being sold;
- the Delegated Judge, having acknowledged the situation described and the vote of the Creditors Committee, authorized the Trustee to proceed with the sale of the single lot;
