The Hotel Delizia company is a 4-star hotel structure originally built in 1957, at the time of the pioneers of Cervia tourism, and subsequently renovated in 1999.
The large building (over 1,800 commercial square meters) is spread over 7 floors, one of which is a basement for a small storage area, a ground floor with hall, kitchen, bar, living-dining room, guest toilets and services. toilets and changing rooms for staff, 3 floors of guest rooms, a fourth floor already with the caretaker's apartment, illegally transformed into rooms, and a top floor with panoramic terrace and swimming pool.
The property is in excellent condition, and the materials used are of excellent quality. The only problem is given by the number of legitimately authorized rooms (28), quite modest indeed.
The total beds are 54, including the extra bed.
