The Hotel Alexia Palace is a 4-star hotel structure obtained from two twin buildings, connected and enlarged at the end of the 90s.
The large building (over 5,000 commercial square meters) is spread over 7 floors, one of which is underground for a garage, a ground floor with hall, kitchen, bar, living room, TV room, guest rooms and caretaker's apartment, and 5 floors of rooms. The wellness center is located on the first and second floor.
The construction was carried out under the building permit issued in 1998, with the latest DIA variant in April 2002. The administrative authorization is from 2002.
The property is in excellent condition, and the materials used are of excellent quality. Some equipment, especially the shower enclosures, need extraordinary maintenance, which in some cases may also involve the need for replacement.
The total beds are 150, adding those in the rooms (92) and those in the two-roomed units.
