Sale of the company branch of the individual company Canalini Maurizio headed by the aforementioned Bankruptcy and composed of the following assets:
- customer list, commercial know-how and any other information and data of a commercial nature and in general, any other related data or knowledge
to the activity and management of each Company Branch;
- list of employees and last pay slips of employees: n. 4 units;
- all the plants and related equipment and all other assets constituting tangible fixed assets of the failed sole proprietorship
- registered movables (trucks and cars)
- all the authorizations, licenses and permits pertaining to the business activity, if legitimately transferable.

The objects of the auction are located in Loreto, (AN).
The Trustee acknowledges the current validity of a 2-year business lease contract, effective 27/08/2018, between the Bankruptcy and the third Company Individual company Canalini Maurizio bankrupt company with the business purpose of the workshop activity electromechanical operating in the electrical sector and in particular in the installation and maintenance of electrical and electronic telecommunications equipment, radio and television broadcasting equipment and in the installation of electrical installations in buildings or other construction works, in addition to the installation of fire extinguishing systems , including integrated ones.

In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also to send, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hands to be delivered without fail to the registered office of IT Auction s.r.l. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA) (in a sealed envelope and without any sign of recognition) within 5th August 2019, irrevocable purchase offer.
In the case of a single offer, the goods will be considered provisionally awarded.
In the case of multiple offers, an upward auction will be held which will take place the day after the deadline for the delivery of the offers from 15:00 and will end on the same day at 17:00 and only qualified bidders will participate.
