Bankruptcy n. 54/2020 INDELFAB Spa
The Procedure relates to the sale of the company located in Fabriano and Nocera Umbra (Gaifana hamlet) which produces and markets household appliances. The company perimeter for which the sale is arranged is composed as follows:
A. real estate where the company is located as follows:
- Fabriano Santa Maria: plant of about 40,000 m² of covered area, where the production of washing machines and washer-dryers was carried out located in via Dante Alighieri number 284, in the north-east area of ??the Municipality of Fabriano, consisting of: - a portion of the factory15 of a total of 38,100 m²; - a building intended for canteen and showroom of an additional 1400 m²; - a caretaker's apartment of 122 m²; - a building for truck drivers with a total gross surface area of ??110 m²; - a lot of 6960 m² destined for coppice;
- Fabriano Maragone: plant of approximately 41,000 m² of covered area, where the production of washing machines and dryers was carried out; The plant is located in via Achille Grandi 14 in the northern area of ??the Municipality of Fabriano, has an area of ??more than 9 hectares and consists of two buildings: the 33,400 m² production plant and a warehouse used as a warehouse with an area of ??6700 m², in addition to the caretaker's house of 166 m²;
- Nocera Umbra locality Gaifana: plant of approximately 131,000 m² of covered area, where the production of refrigerators and dishwashers was carried out. The plant is located on the provincial road number 271 to Moline at kilometer 1, near the hamlet of Gaifana north of Nocera Umbra. Overall, the lot has an area of ??over 34 ha, a covered area of ??about 3 ha. The establishment consists of the main factory which the experts define as "very large" (page 82) with a total area of ??128,075 m², a arable land of 12,224 m² and a building plot of 3670 m² plus the caretaker's house.
B) The plants, machinery, equipment, movable property, furnishings and other fixed assets listed in the bankruptcy inventory extract of INDELFAB spa in the bankruptcy proceedings and present in the virtual data room.
C) Trademarks, patents, production methods and processes, know-how and goodwill in general as well as all other industrial property rights including software used in the production of household appliances as indicated in the documentation to the proceedings.
The sale of the company by the bankruptcy referred to in letters A) B) and C) of this paragraph and indicated above will take place according to priority levels for the procedure as described in the tender regulations. The tiered auctions will be open at the end of the collection of bids.
