Creditors Agreement no. 83/2012 and Creditors Agreement no. 85/2012 Court of Roma
Joint sale in a single lot of:
- company branch owned by Creditors Agreement n. 83/2012 PB Oil Srl
- company branch owned by Creditors Agreement n. 85/2012 Olchima Srl
It is specified that:
- the company PB Oil Srl is the owner of the current business branch in Porto Torres (SS), having as its object the regeneration of used mineral oils, regeneration of bitumen and lubricating oils, production of electricity for own use and non-commercial storage of oils minerals. .
- the company PB Oil Srl carries out the aforementioned activity through the company branch located in the Municipality of Porto Torres (SS), fully equipped and organized for this purpose and owned by the company Olchima Srl, composed as follows:
a) area of the cadastral area of 19,559 square meters with overlying buildings, plants and equipment;
b) freehold building intended for offices;
c) no. 2 industrial sheds in a mining facility;
d) industrial shed in metal structure
e) industrial plants for the regeneration of exhausted oils;
f) utilities for industrial plants and civil buildings.
The technological systems, in addition to including the used oil regeneration systems, include the storage and processing tanks.
It should be noted that the area requires environmental reclamation expressly requested by the Province of Sassari to which a suitable guarantee must also be issued.
