Competitive assignment of company B.E.M. Srl in liquidation dedicated to the construction of buckets for earth-moving machinery and to the mechanical carpentry works located in Santa Margherita d'Adige (PD).
The aforementioned company branch is led by a third party company with a company lease contract.
They are part of the company complex placed for sale:
- movable goods used for the construction of mechanical carpentry, and in particular for the construction of buckets for earth-moving machinery (see annex doc 14 - see inventory);
-employment contracts in force at the time of signing the contract as per art. 3 of the "contract" (attached as attachment 15);
They are included in the sale although outside the contract:
- 4 vehicles leased to the tenant
- materials in stock / ferrous scrap
BASIC PRICE euro 165,000.00 (one hundred and sixty-five thousand / 00), plus statutory taxes.
It should be noted that the Procedure has already received an irrevocable purchase offer with a cautionary amount of 10% of the price offered for the amount of € 165,000.00 of the company's business in the header.
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the Internet site www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, or by hand, to be sent to the office of the curator dr. Carlo Vignaga, with registered office in Rovigo (RO) [in a sealed envelope and with no sign of recognition] within 5.00 pm of 10 April 2019, an irrevocable purchase offer.
