Sale of a company compendium of a bankrupt company located in Orgiano (VI) and with the corporate purpose of processing and producing metal products in general with the use of complementary and / or similar products (sheet metal processing, metal structural work on drawing) , assembly, powder coating and assembly).
Specifically, the auction involves the sale of the following assets:

- Mobile assets instrumental to the exercise of the activity
- Employment contracts
- Any other tangible and intangible assets mentioned in the appraisal except for the assets from point 95 to 102

It is specified that the business unit is the subject of a lease agreement between the bankrupt company and a third party company effective as of 1 January 2018 and with a duration of 24 months.

Starting price: Euro 97.500,00
