Lot Description

 Bankruptcy no. 41/2018 Court of Prato
Lot consisting of machinery and equipment for dry cleaners such as Triveneta Grandi Impianti drying machine, Brongo and Clainox dyeing machine, Renzacci washing machines, metal shelves, Acer and Philips computers and much more.

The sale also includes:

- Iveco truck with number plate BD459HC, registration on 1998
- Fiat Ducato truck with number plate EL933LS, registration on 2012

Both vehicles are provided with veichle certificate registration and keys, without ownership certificates.

Lot sold as is. Some quantities could not correspond. We suggest an inspection on site.

The car practice of this vehicle will take place at car practice agency Effe in Faenza. ​Please download the file, transfer of property costs" in order to know the final cost of the car practice. ​

IT Auction cannot guarantee nor define a precise timing for what concerns the documentation that has to be produced to complete the practice as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure. This means that the procedure requires the following actions by the Professional in charge:

1. Receive the auction Report including the tenderer data from Agenzia Effe

2. Deposit the Report in Court

3. Produce a certified copy of the above-mentioned document

Agenzia Effe will complete the practice only when received: the certified copy of the Report, of the documentation requested to the tenderer, and the payment. Please note that the procedure above mentioned does not apply to vehicles with “yellow plate” as they are not registered to PRA. In order to update the property on the circulation card​,​ the production ​report is not required. ​The practice will be ​completed faster​.
