Sale of C.P SRL company branch composed of the following assets:

- Start-up
- Contracts in existence on the date of delivery of the company
- Existing employee employment relationships
The Legal Receiver informs about the validity of a business unit rental contract expiring on 09/30/2022 between the Bankruptcy and the Third Company.
The bankrupt company has as its business object the activity of goldsmith, goldsmith manufacturer and caster of precious stones; the marketing, in any form, of metals and precious stones, as well as of machinery and equipment for the performance of the activity listed above; the production for own account or thirds of accessories, also in precious and semiprecious metals, for clothing, furnishings and furnishings in general and similar uses.
Auction starting price: € 125,000.00
In order to attend the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send an irrevocable purchase offer, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hands to be delivered without fail to the legal office of IT Auction s.r.l. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA) (in a sealed envelope and without any sign of recognition)
within and not later than the 15/01/2020, at 12.00
In case of a single offer, the goods will be considered provisionally awarded to the subject indicated in the offer itself for the price not lower than the base price as identified above.
In case of multiple offers, the first offer will be automatically assigned to the highest bidder or to the one who submitted the offer first if more offers of equal value were received.
The upward auction will start on 16/01/2020 at 15.00 and will end on the same day at 17.00 and only qualified bidders can participate.
