barbecues and similar. This company was involved in the production of gas and
electric cookers for domestic, camping, nautical and professional use,
operating and producing in the Sarcedo (VI) factory. Please note that all the assets
of the company "LPG s.r.l. in liquidation are subject of a rental
contract.
The sale of
the business branch includes:

employment contracts pending at the date of preparation of the Notice and Sales

It is
specified that the following assets are not included in the compendium to be
liquidated: lot 82 (limited to "65 mt about light blue cable channel, 6
down from 220/380 V"), 85 (limited to "No. 78 mercury vapors
"e" mt 95 red paint channel red cable holder for fitting line taps
and molding "), 185, 194, 195.
