Bankruptcy no. 227/2022 Court of Milano
Sale of the following assets forming part of the corporate complex as better identified by the business unit rental contract signed on 04/11/2022, constituting an integral part of the notice of sale:
- the set of tangible assets, machinery, equipment, tools and furnishings, as better described in the list in Annex A (the "Properties"), including the Renault van, model TFG 1 223Y5;
- the registrations, certifications and authorizations functional to the exercise of the activity;
- n. 6 Employees;
- the order portfolio;
- the contracts described in paragraph 2.3 of the rental contract and in annex B of the rental contract
of a bankrupt company whose business purpose is the assembly, assembly, final testing of components, apparatus, electronic groups in general and power supplies; as well as production and marketing activities on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties of equipment in the field of digital displays.
It is specified that:
- the Legal Receiver has received an irrevocable purchase offer with a guarantee of an amount equal to € 40,000.00 plus legal charges and in addition to the commission on the sale due to Abilio S.p.A., equal to 2% relating to the business complex in the auction no. 7531;
- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the received purchase offer as the basic auction price, the methods of execution of which are governed by the notice of sale;
- in the event of failure to submit further bids during the trial, the subject who submitted the bid, which forms the basis of the auction, will therefore be considered the definitive winner of the lot, except for the provisions of art. 108, paragraph 1, L.F

Subjects who, alternatively, will have submitted their offer in the manner referred to in point A (offer with telematic methods) or in point B (offer with analogical method) will be able to participate in the tender.
A. OFFER BY TELEMATIC MODE
The electronic purchase offers must be received by the submitters of the offer no later than 1:00 pm on 23/02/2023 by sending it to the PEC address of the Ministry offertopvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the form pre-compiled form available on the ministerial portal https://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The telematic offer is considered filed when the complete receipt of delivery is generated by the certified e-mail manager of the Ministry of Justice.
The auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 24/02/2023 from 11:00 and following and lasts 60 (sixty) seconds unless further bids are submitted. Here is the link to the auction page:
B. OFFER WITH ANALOG MODE
The deadline for the presentation of offers "in a sealed envelope" is set for 23/02/2023 no later than 1:00 pm to be delivered in a sealed envelope (and without any sign of identification) by hand to the office of the Notary Dr. Dario Restuccia located in Milan (MI), via Ulrico Hoepli n.7.
The bidder who has deposited the offer in a sealed envelope, on the day fixed for the sale, is required to present himself at the office of the Notary Dr. Dario Restuccia in Milan (MI), Via Ulrico Hoepli n. 7, on 24/02/2023 at 11:00.
