Brankruptcy no. 116/2019 of the Court of Vicenza
Company complex dedicated to vehicles dismantling currently leases and consisting of:
- real estate compendium, expertise of Ing. Guerrato Trissino
- goods of the company leased for the expercise of the business, expertise of Dott. Farina:
- machinery and equipment for company lease;- machinery and equipment;- warehouse.
The goods are located in Cornedo Vicentino (VI)
It is specified that the complex of goods for sale is the subject of a lease agreement of a business branch between the bankrupt company and third party company, signed on 20/11/2016. After the award to the highest bidder, the rental contract will be terminated in advance and the tenant must return the business unit within 60 days of withdrawal.
On 5/08/2020 the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer for the business complex of the bankrupt company for an amount of Euro 850,000.00 (Euro eight hundred and fifty thousand / 00) and intends to start an experiment by setting the basic auction price of € 850,000.00 equal to purchase offer received.
