Call for tenders
for the Termini Imerese business branch

The Extraordinary Administrators of Blutec S.p.A. in A.S., appointed by decree of the Ministry of Enterprise
and Made in Italy of 18 October 2019

INVITE

all subjects interested in presenting their irrevocable and guaranteed offers for the purchase of the entire "BU TERMINI IMERESE" belonging to the company BLUTEC S.P.A. in A.S. ("Business Branch"), or of the sub-branches indicated above, with the inclusion of (i) the subordinate employment relationships existing with no. 564 employees; (ii) the tangible and intangible fixed assets pertaining to the Business Branch (iii) the properties (iv) the existing contracts for the exercise of the Branch; (v) the trademarks as well as any other element or document or knowledge, on any medium, used or usable for the management of the Company Branch; all as better detailed in the Regulations
of Tender ("Regulations") available on the website of the Procedure www.gruppoblutecinas.it The Binding Offers, referring to BU Termini Imerese, or to the sub-branches indicated above, must be received no later than 1 pm on 15 September 2023 in paper at the office of the notary Igor Genghini in Rome (viale Liegi n. 42),

Each of the three establishments identified above could form, with the workforce that will be identified by the bidder, an autonomous business branch (business branch in progress).

For interested parties, the Procedure has already made available a Virtual Data Room ("VDR") with information relating to the B.U. Termini Imerese, subject to transmission to the PEC address blutec@legalmail.it and in the manner described therein, of the request for the documentation available on the website of the Procedure www.gruppoblutecinas.it.

The Termini Imerese BU is made up of three separate company factories owned by Blutec S.p.A. in A.S., indicated below:

a. former FIAT industrial plant with annexed areas located in Termini Imerese on the Cristoforo Colombo seafront at the corner of via Ganci and Soletto;
b. small-scale industrial plant with related areas located in Termini Imerese in via Ganci and Soletto;
c. plastic components and module automotive industrial plant (ex Magneti Marelli) with related areas located in Termini Imerese on the Cristoforo Colombo seafront in Contrada Canne Masche.
