Sale of a company having as its object the construction and assembly of industrial plants, design, construction, installation, assistance, maintenance and testing of engineered plants for all needs in the field of chemical, mechanical and physical energy, processing and laying of steel, piping and precommissioning pipes.

The assets are located in Bussi Sul Tirino (PE) and can be inspected by appointment

COMPANY COMPOSITION:

A) Real estate complex.

Industrial factory owned by the bankrupt company located in Bolognano (PE), in the Piano d’Orta area, Provincial Road no. 27, identified in the Real Estate Cadastre of the same municipality in sheet 1, particle 132, sub 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 and in the Land Cadastre on sheet 1, particle 132 (urban body) and identified with LOT No. 5 in the appraisal, which is attached therein sub “A” (Annex A), in which it is better described on pages 95 and following.

The cadastral units of which the aforementioned property complex consists were acquired in the procedure, which also has full and exclusive availability.

B) Furniture, Machinery, Equipment and Electronic Office Machines.

The assets have been grouped in Lots No. 1 and No. 2 in the appraisal, attached under “A” to the “DISCIPLINARY”, in which they are described on pages 60 and following.

The lots n. 1 and n. 2 identify respectively the furniture and electronic office machines (lot no. 1) and the machinery and production equipment (lot no. 2).

C) Business start-up.

In order to allow interested parties to acquire detailed information about the Company, the "Manifestazione di Interesse”, and l’”Accordo di Riservatezza”" must be submitted,
