The duration of the lease was agreed in 6 years, extendable for the next 6 years; therefore at the time of the bankruptcy the company had already made use of the extension of the lease contract whose natural expiry date will be 31.10.2023.
In 2017, on 5.06.2017, the bankrupt company entered into a company lease contract. In particular, the rent concerns the current company in Palermo, Viale Regione Siciliana S / E n.2020-2034; the lease also includes all public and private contracts for the supply of material and services, as well as all movable goods that furnish or accompany the company sold, tools, utensils; it does not include goods and raw materials, which have been the subject of a separate sale between the parties.
The five-year lease contract expiring on 04.06.2022 can be tacitly extended from year to year.
