The procedure puts up for sale the following assets that are part of the company compendium of the aforementioned bankruptcy:
- tangible fixed assets instrumental to the operation of the Company, including: commercial equipment, furniture and office machines;
- commercial goodwill;
- the contracts stipulated for the operation of the commercial enterprise;
- administrative authorizations as still valid;
of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the activity of Tour Operator.
